Most of us wake up feeling tired and and this affects how productive we can be.

So waking up refreshed and alert is something people care about because it can helps avoid the struggle with sleepiness throughout the day.

Why? Because sleeping during the day can be costly both to people and businesses.

It costs billions of dollars every year in lost productivity, increased health care utilization, and work absenteeism. It is deadly. Many car crashes and workplace accidents are traceable to sleepiness during the day.,

Several factors account for why people wake up feeling sluggish and weak. But scientists have recently found three elements that hold the key to always waking up alert and more energized.

Researchers at the University of California have found that you can wake up each morning without feeling sluggish.

In the study published Nature Communication, researchers looked at the behavior of 833 people who, over the course of two weeks, were served a variety of breakfast meals.
