There’s a reason why you shouldn’t drink from plastic bottles or eat from plastic containers.

You might think that plastic bags, takeaway packs, or water bottles are just convenience items, but what you don’t know is that they poison your body and ruin your health.

Plastics are toxic and a major silent killer.

Every day, we’re exposed to plastic. We use them for different things, as plates, storing package, cups, bottles, and so on.

Unfortunately, plastics break down into tiny particles known as “microplastics” due to exposure to sunlight and heart. These tiny pieces of plastics contaminate food, drink we consume.

As research shows, an average person consumes about 52,000 microplastics per year from various food sources such as bottled water, wine, seafood, salt, energy drink, honey, table salt, beer, soft drinks, sugar, alcohol, etc.

Even plastic teabags and baby bottles have been found to release millions of microplastics into tea and baby formula.
