Regardless of how you feel or how gifted as a fisherman you think you are, you’ll have to show up where the opportunities for catching fish exist.
In the same way, 80% of success is simply about consistently showing up every day, regardless of whether we feel like it.
It’s about participating, creating, producing, taking action, however imperfectly, and putting ourselves in situations where opportunities exist.
Many people show up only when it feels easy or suits their mood. Their feelings dictate whether they do the work that needs to be done or not. This only gets them so far.
