We are always making choices.

From the moment we wake up until we go to bed at night, we make hundreds of choices every day.

The weight of these choices vary. Some are as simple as deciding on what to eat for breakfast. But there are also more complex ones, such as whether to invest money in a stock.

Regardless, the choices we make impact our lives, both in the present and the future.

If your every day choice of breakfast is sugar-dominated food, for example, it might tickle your taste bud, but there’s no telling the potential consequences in a few years to come.

Ideally, people would always make the right choices that will lead to desirable outcomes now and in the future.
