Get Clear About What Happiness Means to You
The first step to experiencing lasting happiness is becoming absolutely clear about what happiness looks like to you.
This is important because what’s fulfilling for me may not be the same for you, and that’s totally okay! We all have our own unique paths to finding joy in life.
But society often tries to fit us all into one standard of happiness. It tries to tell us that there’s only one way to be happy: by looking a certain way, having a specific job, or living a particular lifestyle.
