When we talk about clutter, most people assume it’s only limited to untidy and disorganized physical spaces where they have clothes overflowing from their wardrobes and all sorts of unwanted stuff lying around.

While a messy physical space leads to a waste of your time and makes you less effective, the worst cutters affect your mental and emotional health.

They cause a lot of stress, anxiety, and depression, and they make it difficult to focus, think clearly, make decisions, and be productive.
