If You’re Chronically Unhappy, You’re Probably Guilty Of These Habits
Give up them up to be happier
Unhappiness is a habit problem.
If you’re constantly feeling sad and miserable, one of the best places to start is re-evaluating your habits to see how they might be contributing to your negative state of mind.
In this article, I have outlined five such habits that are mostly likely to be responsible for feeling unhappy.
You Compare Yourself to Others
Most chronically unhappy people are that way not because they’re unsuccessful or not doing the best they can in life. It’s usually because they’re in the habit of constantly comparing themselves to others.
In these days of social media, we’re bombarded daily with photos of our friends who appear to be “killing it.” They share their jobs, graduations, weddings, and other achievements.
Then, you might look at them and think, "Wow, I wish I was doing as well as she is.”
But the truth is you’re doing better than most and you’re never going to be happy if you allow other people’s highlight reels to make you feel less about your own accomplishments.
