Life is a series of moments, and each offers its own set of lessons.

The more you experience, the more you realize how the simplest, seemingly insignificant events that can shift your perspective.

After years of listening, observing, reflecting, and occasionally stumbling, I’ve collected insights that might seem small but can profoundly change how you see yourself and the world.

Here are bit-size lessons I’ve learned that can change how you see the world.

The best things in life are free but they’re often the hardest to attain

We’ve all heard the saying, “The best things in life are free.” Love, happiness, and peace of mind don’t come with a price tag, yet they’re some of the most elusive things we seek. We spend our entire life trying to achieve them. You can work hard, save up money and buy the material, but these intangible treasures require time, effort, and sometimes a lot of self-work to achieve. The most valuable aspects of life are the ones we can’t simply buy, no matter how much we think we have.
