When was the last time you carefully thought about children, how they play and live?

Recently, I went to a park, while I was sitting on a bench just flipping through a magazine, I was struck by the joyful sounds of kids playing.

Their laughter made me feel a happiness I rarely experience, and my worries seemed to vanish.

Watching them taught me that there are important child-like habits we often overlook as we get older that we need to bring back.

The worries of adult life often get in the way of our happiness, and this is why a crucial childhood habit you should bring back as an adult is treating every day as a new day.

For children, each day is a fresh start. They wake up excited about what the day will bring, without worrying about what happened yesterday or what might happen tomorrow.
