Self-respect isn’t something tangible people see with their eyes, like wearing a Rolex watch or driving a fancy car.
It’s a deeply internalized quality that reflects how a person values and treat themselves.
When you start practicing the habit of self-respect, it reflects in how you carry yourself, speak up for yourself, take responsibility for your life, and set boundaries on how you treat others and want to be treated.
You won’t go where you’re not invited, be available for everyone, and most importantly, you’ll carry yourself with more confidence and swagger.
This impacts how you talk, how you interact with others, the behaviors and type of people you allow into your space, and the kind of energy people feel when they interact with you.
