Energy is the currency of productivity.

You may have enough time, but you’ll get nothing done if your physical, mental, and emotional energy levels are low.

Our energy level isn’t fixed.

It peaks in the morning, which is why making decisions and getting things done feel easier during that time.

As the day progresses, however, your energy level drops, and how you invest your energy will determine what you accomplish for that day.

The less energy you have, the more tired you’ll feel, which makes it more difficult for you to think, make sound decisions, and finish your tasks.

The problem is that certain habits drain your energy faster and hinder you from being productive. Here are five of them:
