It allows large food particles to be broken down into smaller ones to help digestion, weight, and nutrition.
Unfortunately, most people are always in a hurry to finish their meal so they can rush off to something else in their packed schedules.
Which means that they sometimes don’t chew food properly, making it difficult for proper digestion.
Done occasionally, rushing your meals may not really make much of a difference, but when you habitually rush your food under few minutes, it can cause real harm to your body.
In a study, Dr. Takayuki Yamaji and his colleagues carried out an experiment involving 1,000 Japanese to examine how eating speed impact people’s health.
