How you feel about yourself matter.

You can either choose to feel powerful, confident, and hopeful. Or you can feel weak, fearful, or disillusioned.

Whichever way, your feeling towards yourself will impact your behaviors, productivity, mental health, and overall wellbeing.

Most people don’t ever feel good about themselves. They’re trapped in a boiling cauldron of self-hate. They’re irritated by everything about themselves.

The question is why?

You’re obsessed with the past

Your past can become a prison or it can be a springboard to a better life. But that depends on what you do with your past.

Think of the past as the previous chapter of a book. You can read it, take its lessons and move to the next. Or you keep re-reading it, forever.

When you take a step forward, you never know what possibilities await you. You may see more beauty than you’ve ever seen before.
