Fear is a universal human emotion that you can’t run away from.

It’s good to have fear. That’s how your body alerts you of danger and keeps you safe. But, if not properly handled, fear can hold you back from going after what you want in life.

You can mentally flip through the pages of your life, and you’ll likely see goals, dreams, and other things you’ve put off because of fear.

  • You wanted to start your own business, but you didn’t because you were afraid it’d fail.
  • You wanted to go back to school but you didn’t think you could make it.
  • You stayed in a toxic relationship because you didn’t know if you could find another partner.
